Would you like to exercise your right of return?
It works very simply.
Send your items back in their original packaging to the following address:

As soon as we receive the return, it will be processed and your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt of the return.
We do not send return labels for returns. At Wolkentraum we handle one-way shipping, while the customer bears the return shipping costs. We believe this is the fairest and most environmentally friendly way to handle returns.
If your order originally had free shipping, we would have covered the cost of shipping to you and you would be responsible for return shipping. If you paid shipping on your order, we will refund the cost as part of the returns process, so you only have to pay for return shipping.

My items are defective / I received the wrong item
If you have received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact our support by email and provide the following information:
- order number
- article name
- Description of the defect or incorrect delivery
- Photos for illustration purposes
Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, exchanges are generally not possible.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of the return shipment arriving at our warehouse.
