Shipping policy

1. When will the order arrive at my home?

Due to the current high demand, your order usually takes 5 - 10 working days to be delivered to you after receipt of payment (depending on your place of residence / registered office). International delivery times are currently 8 - 15 working days. We will dispatch your order within 48 hours of purchase to ensure an accelerated delivery process.

2. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will of course receive an individual tracking number by e-mail so that you can track your shipment.

3. What does shipping cost me?

Shipping is currently free for orders over 30$!

4. Can I have my order delivered to a postal address or pack station?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to have our orders delivered to a postal address or Packstation.

5. I would like to send the order directly to the recipient. Can you send my parcel without an invoice?

We only send our invoice by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order. This way you can easily surprise your loved ones with one of our products.
