Shipping
How long does it take to ship?
We will ship your order in an environmentally friendly manner within 1-2 days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will therefore usually receive your order within 5 - 10 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is currently free for orders over 30 €.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to all countries worldwide.
Order
How do I redeem my discount code?
In our online shop you can enter your voucher code by clicking on the option "Enter discount code" under the total price in the "CHECKOUT" step. You can enter your code there.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service using the contact form. Be sure to include “cancellation” and your order number in the subject line.
If your order is already in the shipping process, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, the order will be shipped.
Delivery Status
To view the current status of your order, you can use shipment tracking.
If you have not yet received a tracking number, your order is still being prepared for shipping.
Please note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate shipments, resulting in different tracking numbers.

Which payment methods can I use?
You can choose between different payment options:

Can multiple discount codes be combined?
No, this is usually not possible. An exception to this are products that are already discounted in the shop, to which additional discount codes can be applied.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of the return shipment arriving at our warehouse.
Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, exchanges are generally not possible.
